Work Hours: Part-Time – 15- hours a week

This position will need someone that is very organized, and that can multi-task extremely well. Will be assisting all the walk managers in the chapters, this includes the Springfield and Columbia offices as well. Will need to be able to take direction and be relied upon to finish projects and assignments in a timely manner. Graphic Design background preferred, also strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
Essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Making phone calls to constituents. (Vendor phone calls and scheduling for pre-walk, walk-day, and post-walk activities. (Movers, UHAUL, Porta-Potties, etc).
- Volunteer recruitment phone calls and scheduling.
- Making Flyers, PowerPoints and putting presentations together
- Constructed Emails
- Pulling Reports and analyzing
- Putting reports together
- Microsoft Office
- Google Drive
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Graphic Design
- Ability to take direction
- Good Social Skills
